Introducing OneDevice™: Protecting International Commerce from Counterfeits

The Alliance for Gray Market and Counterfeit Abatement (AGMA) is proud to donate its OneDevice™ managed smartphone platform to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers in their mission to safeguard supply chains.

This initiative equips officers at ports of entry with fast, reliable tools to authenticate member products on-site—helping stop counterfeit goods before they reach the market.

How OneDevice™ Works

OneDevice™ equips CBP officers with:

  • Brand-provided authentication tools via secure smartphone apps
  • Secure licensing and data plans
  • Comprehensive training materials
  • Ongoing support from AGMA and member companies

All resources are offered at no cost to the government, providing CBP with the software, connectivity, and training needed to carry out inspections effectively.

Benefits for Members and Enforcement

By merging industry-leading technology with CBP enforcement processes, OneDevice™:

  • Strengthens public-private collaboration
  • Enables real-time verification at the border
  • Safeguards the integrity of global supply chains

Deployment of member brand applications on OneDevice™ is a standard benefit for all AGMA membership tiers. While currently available in the U.S., AGMA is actively evaluating opportunities to expand into key international markets.
